Hello, 

I have big engagement party in 2015 in india. i entered into usa with k1 visa January 2016 with my fiancé.  Got married in February 2016 with fiancé. After that he and his family started torching me n abusing me verbally , treated me as their maid. His father has big LLC, they maid me work their without paying me. I got my conditional green card on February 2017. One day when I refuse to work with them they verbally abuse & torcher me for whole night. Next day I called 911and left their house in march 2017. Now I m going to psychological therapy. I don't have enough documents to prove my marriage was entered in good faith since me and my husband don't have any joint bank account/ tax reaturns. What should I do now??

If you cannot prove that you entered your marriage in good faith then your RoC cannot be approved.

I have some proof listed below.

1.engagement picture from my country.

2. Joint  medical insurance for one year period.

3. Photos. Emails n massage to my husband.

4. Online shopping bills & medical clinic bills of my name under his house address .

5. Two medical reports of major depression (I got treated after I left my husband house).

6. Police report. 

 

Now , what should I file to remove condition on my conditional green card??

1. Marriage and divorce after  good faith marriage ???

Or 

2. I751 waiver with extramarital cruelty???

That seems a little light. 

 

You may wish to consult with an experienced RoC attorney. 

 

Most people in your situation typically seem to file as a normal divorce waiver.

You may wish to consult with an immigration attorney to try and shore up your I-751 a bit, or see if they can offer any further suggestions.

Today I had mediation for court regarding divorce process but my husband told that I used him for green card. And he had already filed for fraudulent marriage to uscis. Can they revoke my green card?? How could I able to know that they had filed a marriage fraud against me?

Right now I am in Missouri state not ma. Can you send me a list of pro bono attorney who can help me with that?
