Did you set your passport delivery address after login? I believe you'll have to go through multiple pages and one of them will ask you for your receipt number or unique ID depending on how you paid your fee. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with step by step instructions since I've already scheduled my interview and I'm unable to access those initial pages.

Anyway, login to your account. After that, look at left side of the page and click on 'Schedule Appointment'.

Umm... Don't go to anywhere else but click on Schedule Appointment. Not sure why are you attempting to go to NIV when that's not what I said.

yes i already go bavmck to the home page but i saw dashboard on left side 

new application/schedule appointment,when i chick it its show me other visa class

treaty trader /investor

or australian professional

or Victims of human trafficking only

i click the link u provided already,i found its where i been this afternoon...then i click to access inside but its dashboard u told me just now ...but its cant show up the first msg u sent me...?about step4,5s tg like that
