Proof of future marraige

How can I prove that we are going to get married my fiance comes to the US? We are only going to have a small ceremony and haven't made any concrete plans yet? Are letters sufficient? We have not yet reserved a church so we don't have any deposits down yet.

What you have to show at interview is that you have a bonafide relationsip and this will vary depending on which consulate the interview is at and on the individual Conof conducting the interview. The letter of intent shows your intent to marry within the 90 days.

The USCIS actually explicitly tells you to NOT make wedding plans until the visa has been issued.

Usually the letter of intent submitted with the I129-F petition is sufficient for "proof of future marriage". Some also choose to bring engagement ring receipts and/or photos from engagement parties to the interview.

I think this varies from person to person...............some have engagement ring receipts, some have wedding dress receipts, some have letters from friends and family.

I posted this same question last week. I am going to bring whatever I can to the interview-we don't have any concrete wedding plans yet because we didn't know when or if he would get the visa. It's hard to plan a wedding when you are at the mercy of the U.S. Government

for us the letter of intent will have to be sufficient enough(if they want ring receipts and dress receipts, I have those as well).

You don't need to PROVE that you're going to get married by showing them receipts etc. They need proof of your relationship, not how much money you can afford to throw away on a fancy wedding!

I took my engagement ring reciept, wedding ring receipts, letter of intent to marry, pictures from a wedding shower (that both of us attended), and cards of congratulations from family and friends. The only thing they looked at was the letter of intent to marry.
