Even if you haven't done anything wrong, you'll still need to get the police certificates at the K-1 stage :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

yes you would need police records from Australia and also UK police certificate. I would start working on getting that Australian police records now while you wait. You can get the UK one when you receive the NOA2 I think, only takes about 10 days.

We have filed in March, 124 days today and still not heard anything regarding the NOA2.

Also, in the meantime, make sure all your vaccinations are good and up to date and also get your birth certificate as you will need them for the interview/medical.
