Hello, anyone who recently filed spousal petition Form I-130 and Form I-130A whose spouse lives overseas? Is it possible if the petitioner will be the one to fill out the Form I-130A? Can the petitioner be the prepaper of the said form? Thanks!

Yes, there is a spot in which you establish yourself(petitioner) as the preparer for the beneficiary.

My husband and I just applied for AOS and I'm the one who filled out EVERY SINGLE FORM whit information given by him to me of course, you fill it out in a computer and you have to make sure the person read everything and sign the form before submitting it. Now if the person do not understand english or have some kind of sight problem you'll have to fill the form and mark the option in the end of it that states that you're the form's preparer.

You have been given the correct answer.  What is most important is not who prepares the form or even if you indicate who prepared the form.  What is more important is how the question about your spouse's understanding of English is answered.  If your spouse doesn't understand English then you become both the preparer and the interpreter.
