As long as your fiance knows about the domestic violence and you have all the papers from the court and present them at the interview there should be no problem

in my case my fiance visited me only once for a week but it didnt come out as a problem... all you have to do is bring all supporting documents like photos of you together love letters emails screenshots of fb chats to prove that you have bonafide relationship...but in interview day most CO dont ask for it but its much better to be prepared than to put on 221g for lacking of documents that will add weeks on the process....if the petioner has a domestic violence and he is aquitted or the case was dismissed it will not be a problem just make sure you knew about it and you have the court papers and documents dor that....

Honestly I would say the severity of the red flag here varies by country. Is the beneficiary from a Middle East or African country? 1 visit is somewhat of a red flag in these countries, and a domestic violence record could certainly raise a lot of questions.

Depends on the country. Definitely a red flag for some embassies and not for others.
Your unique case and how you the petition was put together, hopefully with good relationship evidence will influence the decision.

i am from egypt my fiancee case has been dropped she went to jail for half day then paid a fine and get out plus her record is clean

My fiancee told me about her criminal record she has been arrested since two years ago for domestic violence she throw an empty cup of coffee in her ex face and there was an office saw here and got arrested she went to jail for 12 hours she paid a fine and case dropped with no charges the record is clean is that will affect if we apply for k1 visa ? 

 

she make last year 29k$ and has two kids will she be my sponsor ?

she does not make enough. 30.75k is needed but assets can be used to make up the difference. the domestic violence may come in to play but since charges were dropped I would doubt it but you need to know every detail of what happened since you will most likely be asked about it at the interview.
