My fiancé is filling out DS-160 application and it has a question about immunization records. She is in Philippines and doesn't have the records. If you put no for answer it asks you for explanation.

Q: What to put down for explanation and is this something that gets taken care of during medical exam?

Answer 'yes' because at K-1 medical, they will cover the vaccinations and the medical record will show it.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

As the other poster replied she can put YES as it will be done before the interview. This question comes up all the time.

Welcome to the forum where in the PI is your fiancee from? Mine is from Mindanao.

You may want to consider creating a visa journey timeline as part of your profile.

Thank you. She is from East Samar. Yes, I will start my timeline. Process is moving very slowly at least two months behind most people, but I am pretty patient.
