Hey!

I have a huge problem. I received an RFE letter today but....it's damaged! A huge hole in my letter, you can't even see an address where I have to send my document and barcode! I know I have include this letter with a missing document (I forgot to include I130A form). But it looks so awful..should I include it anyway, don't include it or ask for another copy of my RFE???

you may want to call the USCIS helpline and ask them for advice. My gut says include the letter, but if they can't read the barcode that may slow down the process, so you'd definitely want to include as many details about yourself as possible (A-number/receipt number from the i-797 for the i-130, etc).

If they said it's fine, go ahead and proceed.  If I were you, I would also send the envelope that says "received in damaged condition" so they know you didn't mess the letter or try to alter it for some reason.

06/15/2016- Interview, given option to file I-601 waiver.
08/16/2016- Waiver submitted (no lawyer).
11/21/2016- Waiver approved with expedite.
01/2017- Embassy requested interview. 
04/2017- Fourth visit to Nigeria.  K1 officially denied. 
04/25/2017- NOA1 for 2nd K1.
07/27/2017- Case transferred to TSC.
11/17/2017- Case transferred back to CSC.
01/16/2018- NOA2!! (266 day wait)
03/08/2018- Interview (AP)
05/03/2018- VISA APPROVAL!!!
05/14/2018- Visa issued
05/18/2018- Visa picked up
05/25/2018- HE'S HOME!!! 💙💙💙

Send prints of those photos and make sure your case number and name are legible on the copy of the letter.
