I got a check list, after 11 weeks and i have mailed the missing document. Will it take them another 11 weeks before i will hear from them?

Unfortunately it can take them up to 11 weeks depending on the current processing times.

It helps give you a good idea of how long cases with and without checklists can take-there are many that are taking less than 11 weeks, so that is hopeful

All of the following received a checklist that required a 2nd scan date (SD).. You can see how long it took them to receive their Case Complete (CC) from their 2nd scan date by looking at the last 2 columns "SD to CC - DAYS" and "SD to CC - WEEKS"

 

You'll notice that some got their CC after a checklist very quickly, this is either because they were in contact with a supervisor or submitted an "expedited request". For example, @KaurN submitted an expedited request, was approved, her file was then transferred to the NVC. 

 

You can try to get connected to a supervisor to have them approve your new documents with you over the phone. I've seen it work for other people. Def start trying 1 week after they've confirmed your 2nd scan date. Keep on trying until someone connects you to a supervisor. Wishing you luck.
