Waiting on Packet 3 and no way to contact DoS?

For what it is worth, we received Packet 4 today. They e-mailed as a response to the original e-mail I sent last Wednesday.

I just received my Packet 3 in the mail today! I emailed the consulate on July 19th and they hadn't responded yet, but looks like I can definitely just go ahead and email my stuff in now. One of the forms inside said "please allow 6 weeks for review of your case before receiving Packet 4"...I wonder how accurate that is. Hopefully it's a little sooner!

I got the same message in terms of 6 weeks, but it was less than 1!

I hope I get that lucky too! I just emailed my Packet 3 off. I'll update when I get my Packet 4! Did you get your interview date yet?

August 16! We were able to schedule right when we got Packet 4.

Wow, they emailed me back Packet 4 in...7 hours and 50 minutes exactly, haha. My interview is scheduled for September 27th! I would've chose an earlier one, but my police check is estimated at 6-8 weeks for delivery. Definitely should've done that one earlier, dang.

She's not too far off from Toronto, so we scheduled our medical there.

Also, where did you get your Police Check? We went to a local OPP station and it took about 2 weeks for it to come in. But she doesn't have a criminal record and needed the Canada Wide Name Check only.
