F2A Spouse I-130 2017 filers

My I130 got approved on 25th April (PD was July 27th 2017) . Called NVC . They mentioned they received the document from USCIS on 28th of June and it may take upto another 8 weeks before they process my request in thier system.

Very frustrating .

 F2A - Mumbai Consulate:

 

My wife's I-130 (F2A consular processing) got approved sometime in Nov 2018. NVC marked it as case complete on March 28 2019. We are still waiting for the interview notification at the Mumbai consulate. Does anyone know how long it might take to get an interview ?

Same here. I don't see any f2a category interview is scheduled since jan 2019 at mumbai consulate. Cases completed in jan and Feb 2019 are still waiting for interview

I was looking at this spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xbLl_8yDgHLeDaLnTrPdYc44J0sjPSFfYCKxlKx6uTY/edit#gid=0 . In here it looks like people are waiting from October. Not sure what their priority date is. So you know of people with documents verified in dec 2018 getting interviews ?

Hello All,

 

It's been over 2.5 years since I submitted my i-130 at CSC, last year after submitting my AOS i-485, my i-130 got transferred to NBC and since then there is no movement on my case. I have requested my attorney to submit a service request and currently awaiting to hear back from USCIS on my case. 

 

Anyone with a similar experience who's i-130 (f2a) is still pending?

Any news anybody? NVC and Consulate are working on F2A cases or not? Both are making excuses on each other... who’s accountable for this delay? 

 

Generally, around what time of month NVC starts sending ILs?

It's has been 100 days (3 months+) since I got notification from NVC my documents qualified and interview will be scheduled with consulate. 28 months over all on i130 PD. There is no information after that. I see people are waiting for interview date for more that 5 months after their documents qualified. 

Flustrated ON WAITING .Giving up !!!
