after 648days !

what is next step ? 

and how long does it take for visa ?

A quick question guys,

 

I am a petitioner and my wife is beneficiary under F2A. I need to file an Affidavit of Support but I am confused which one I need to file out of following:

1. I-864

2. I-864EZ

3. I-864A

 

FYI, I am qualified as per poverty guidelines and have sufficient income and not required a joint sponsor at this moment. Please suggest ... thanks.

 

One more question, what additional documents are required other than AOS and IRS Transcripts? I am planning to attach the following:

1. Employment Letter

2. Bank Statement of last 6 months (Payroll)

 

Is there anything I need to attach as an additional supporting docs?

Update on my case:

F2A, PD: Nov 14, 2017.

 

We got the notification sent by mail about the interview for I-485 was schedule for May 24, 2019. 

 

But I have a question, we never received the approval for our I-130 application. Is it normal that the interview is schedule before the approval for I-130?
