Hello everyone,

i filed I-130 for my wife(Permanent resident filing for a spouse), priority date is 07/06/2017 but no update from California service center so far, thing are very slow 

my wife is indian citizen and permanent residence of SPAIN

waiting for approval since 21 months how long does it take more ? anybody knows ?

My case is on June 1st, 2017 and also no update from CSC. I guess our case will be processed in next 2-3 months.

Hang in there! Lots of people in the same boat. PD April 27th and approval not recieved yet. Current processing time stretches up to 26 months.

Hello everyone!

 

I received the approval letter from Uscis. Finally! 22 months  “tired, disappointed and hopeless” now GONE.

I’m waiting for the interview too & pray that my PD (23 March 2017) will be current this May

I haven't seen any interview letter updates since mid March, but they should be sending IL out within the next couple of days I'd say. I'm waiting for mine! PD 13 Feb 17 we only got CC 16 March so missed out on IL for April interviews. Praying for my IL to come this week! Checking my emails constantly lol

I think they moved up the IL sendout towards the middle of the month. I think you should expect them next week, guys. Good luck!☺️
