Hi, I wanted to know the implication of this movement for us?  My PD is 2017 April 5th. Good luck for your NOA2 may it come soon. We received ours on Dec 20. NVC says they received it from USCIS but are yet to enter it into their system.

Hi there! The faster it moves the better. That means we will wait less time for interview appointment after our case is completed at NVC. You will probably get welcome letter soon - it takes about 8 weeks for them to register your case in the system. After you send them or upload all your documents they will send you a case complete letter. And you will be put on the queue for interview, waiting for your PD to become current. So that's how the VB movement matters to you - you would probably like to wait less time for interview appointment.

It's possible that your PD becomes current in 3 months but most likely 4! Good luck as well!

From what I have heard, they work on 2 months of batches and sometimes 3 months depending on volume of cases that are closer to the final date of the VB. I believe they are currently working on April and May of 2017.

My PD is May 11 17, and still waiting...

My PD is April 26, 2017, with CSC. haven't approved yet. but they are already approving May. 🤔

Exactly what I was thinking. There is no chronological flow to their system. But I've also seen April 17 approved just last week. So we gotta hang in there.
