So it took almost 1 Year 8 months for i-130 approval.?Or is it the time line for the whole process?

Its taking an average of 20 months (between 19-22 months) for approvals. Over two years for the whole process to getting the visa for F2A.

February VB is out already. I'm posting it here because they made another projection for the coming months which will affect us the most.

VISA AVAILABILITY IN THE COMING MONTHS

FAMILY-sponsored categories (potential monthly movement)

Worldwide dates (except oversubscribed countries):

F1:  Up to five weeks
F2A: Up to one month
F2B: Up to two months
F3:  Up to two weeks
F4:  Up to six weeks

It's both disappointing and expected. As we are approaching the second half of the fiscal year, the VB is going to slow down. I think we'll see a 3 weeks movement on a regular basis. I really hope that won't be the case but I brace myself for increased wait times ☹️

Yes..It took 20 months and 9 days (1 yr 8 months) to get i130 approvel from USCIS. While we are applying in 2017 march the whole process was 18 months.. now the current trend looks like it will take 26 months ie 2yrs 2 month to complete the process

Please call USCIS to check on your case. Wish you get i139 approved soon

We can't call USCIS until the "Receipt date for a case inquiryfor I-130 for the California Service Center says March 29, 2017. Once it shows that date we can call USCIS and report that our cases are outside of normal processing time. USCIS can then take a look at the cases whose priority dates are older than what is shown under the Receipt date for a case inquiry at the https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ site. Currently it shows USCIS may be working on January 17, 2017.

However, USCIS may keep moving this date backwards as many times as they need as there are still November, 2016 and December, 2016 priority dates that haven't been approved by USCIS yet. For now we should worry only about NVC's visa bulletin. As long as the date for F2A under chart A (FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES) in the visa bulletin site keeps moving faster we should be good.
