when we apply the application he was a green card holder. 2 months ago he became a US citizen and we update our case, and now at NVC they are working my case as a wife of US citizen.

NOA1 is the first notice of approval, meaning the letter you receive after you first file and get the receipt number. NOA2 comes much later - depending on your service center (California is taking around 20 months), so notice of approval 2 is the letter you receive to say petition approved we will send to NVC etc etc July 2017 is still a few months away yet - I saw this morning the first April 2017 approval so I'd say 3 months from now you could be getting your approval Hope that all makes sense lol

You're welcome   My PD is 13 February 2017, we were approved in October (online said 22 October but the letter said 19 October) and my husband called NVC today, they received our file on 2 November but no case number yet, should have it by the end of the year though!
