Thank you. My soon to be wife parents have to be my co-sponsors since my soon to be wife just started working a month ago and doesnt make enough money for the affidavit of support or payed taxes yet, her parents do taxes together, do you know if they have to fill one i-864 each or should her dad fill the i-864 and her mom the i-864A ?

I believe one parent would file an I-864 and the other would file an I-864A, as you say. I'm not overly familiar with I-864s though, so hopefully others can chime in here and confirm or correct this.
