K1 required vaccinations

Good day

I just received today the instruction from the Embassy on how to procede with applying for a appointment and medical,yet  when reading the medical instruction and phycisian panel I have noticed that beside x-ray and blood test embassy did not mention no vaccinations list are required to take.

since it is a week end for tomorrow I would like to ask what are the required vaccination for K1 fiance visa.

Hi,

Meningitis, HBV, DT. Unless it changed, things keep changing. The US Embassy know is using aramex to pay visa fee and book appointment. The clinic will give you list when you make the medical appointment.

please I want to ask you also about Affidavit of support , so when my fiancee fill it for me, does she has to include me as a dependent?and fill the form with my details on the dependent information section?

please advice me

The number and types of shots that you need depend on your age. Best way to find out what ones you need before your medical appointment is by calling the clinic to ask. During the phone call, you can also ask the approximate cost for the checkup along with those required shots.

 

And no, your fiancee does not include you as a dependent in the I-134. You are not yet her dependent at the point of the interview.

The I-134 basically translate her tax transcripts. Whoever she has in her tax as dependent like parents or kids. And yes she should but your name in section 8. You can check the examples of the forms here : http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

the actual I-134 is different from the one you refered to,can you jet a look at and advice me plz.

so what to put in dependent information section, is this related to me.?

NOTE: Tip Regarding Vaccination Records

The K-1/2 beneficiary will be required by the embassy to have a "medical" done prior to the visa interview. Part of this interview will require that previous vaccinations are documented and potentially additional required vaccinations performed. Once this is complete the doctor will note this on a DS-3025 form that will be sent to the embassy. During the medical appointment request an official copy of the vaccination records from the physician (or a copy of the completed DS-3025 if they will give it to you) as this will be helpful to have on hand in the future (specifically it can be helpful when filing for Adjustment of Status if your DS-3025 form is not available).

This a new form, I used the old one. To me even if it look different the content still somehow the same with some more additional info. I still think she should put you as dependent comparing from the old form but you have to confirm in the forum. Check the posts where they discussed this new form.

it does not even show on the old form that a fiance should be put as a dependent? so where did you get this from? but rather it does speak about a submited petiton.
