Need advices for I-130 Package

Dear all,

My fiance and I are going to get married in few days then start the CR1 visa process. I'll go back to my home country after the wedding and before he submit the I-130 package. We need your advices.

 

Is our I-130 package well?

Is the order of the document well too ?

Do we need to add anything else?

 

I-130 Package for CR1 visa process

1. Payment as required by USCIS. Use a personal check so you can track the payment.    

2. Cover Letter. Should include a description of what you are petitioning for (I-130), a table of contents (list everything in the packet). Make sure to sign and date the cover sheet.

3. Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance (PDF, 229 KB)

4. Form I-130 (PDF, 1.62 MB)

5. Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary (PDF, 959 KB)

6. Copy of  our marriage certificate 

7. Copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport.

8. 2 Passports style photos of you and your spouse 

          Write the full name on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper .

9. Evidence of a bonafide marriage 

  • Marriage licence
  • Marriage certificate
  • Email with the celebrant
  • Message: SMS, Whatsapp
  • Facebook publications
  • Call logs: Skype , WhatsApp ( from November 2016 to June 2017: at least 1 hour / day )
  • Emails
  • Pictures: DC, New York, California, Gambia, together, with friends, family, Engagement, Wedding 
  • Plane tickets: 3 trips : 2 in USA and one in Gambia
  • Stamps on passport
  • Hotel’s recepts
  • Reservation for spectacle

September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned

September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
