Hi there,

My father filed an F3 petition back in 2013(PD not current yet) at that moment I was married with children's then I got divorced and been on that status for quite a bit and things have changed over the years and my ex-wife and me are considering  in getting together again and marry again(Things happens)...

My question is; If I marry the same person after my PD is due will this be a problem to USCIS? how long should I wait to get married again? I am concern as if immigration might be causing a problem?

Thanks

Yes, I have informed NVC but I am not thinking of getting married again just yet because I don't want to bump back to F3, my concern is if I stay as I am(single) and then married again once I have my green card will USCIS give me issues?

first of all you wouldn't be able to marry for many years

in the second place you would have to have tons of evidence and reasons for divorce and remarry, they could accuse you of fraud that you divorced your wife to gain an immigration benefit, and not have to wait so many years, because you are marrying the same person you divorced. so there is a slight risk
