im filing a new i-129F for my new fiance and there is a question on page 4, part 1, item number  47. (What action did USCIS take on Form I-129F for example, approved, denied, withdrawn?) i have a previous fiance visa application 3 years ago that did not work out. Our application got approved and she came to the usa. But after a year our relationship went bad so we got divorced and she want back to her home country. i did not file for her adjustment of status. Now my question is what do i put in the form? is it approved or withdrawn? im confuse because it is approved but we did not adjust her status so its withdrawn?

The answer is approved.

AOS (I-485) is NOT the I-129F. So even if you didn't adjust her status in the US, the K1 petition (I-129F) was approved. It had to be approved in order for her to enter the US. That is what they are asking.
