Hello! I am sponsoring a Dominican, and I just filled our l-129f. Waiting to hear back on approval. They did cash my check and send a receipt saying it's in process with in two weeks. Does anyone have a general time on when I her back next? I'm nervous and excited hahaha...thank you in advance.

hello i am dominican beneficiary, i am march filer, my fiance sent my petition on march 14 and they received march 17, i am waiting approvals notce, it supose be appoved on june,but things looks slow from 3 weeks to now.

no many approvals from march last 3weeks.

i hope that they start work on march filer again.

usually people were getting their approvals notice in 3 months, but now it looks that we have to wait more.

next monday it will be 4 months that they received my petition, so who knows when i will be approved.

it looks that the time for approvals is little longer now that 3 months, it could be 4 months or more.

anyway at uscis page say that k1 it takes 6 months. so be patient and relax

Aos sent April 2018

Aos interview July 2018

Work permit September2018

Aos approved July 24, 2019.

Roc April 27, 2021

Biometric reused june 28, 2021

N-400 online April 27, 2022 base on 3 years rule, biometric reused.

N-400 interview on December 12, 2022 combo interview i-751. Approved.

January 11, 2023 oath ceremony, Indianapolis. After that done with uscis😂🤭🤫

I took my oath ceremony in Indianapolis, it was a nice ceremony, where people from 35 coutry become american citizen.

01/11/2023 officially done with uscis :)

January 13, 2023 apply for us passport.( regular service).

March 11, 2023 passport in hand

Omg!! So long! Keep me updated, please. I just sent end of June. Thank you for your response. May I ask where you will be living in the us? Best of luck!!! Hope you get an answer soon.

i will live in Indiana, Lafayette.
