pending case Change of Address online

Hi Everyone,

 

I just filed for my I-751 and received my Biometric Schedule yey! We moved to a new place I am trying to change my address online but for some reason even if I choose I751 form the system won't accept it a pop message will appear "You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number."  My receipt says CRI89 but I can't find I89 on the list. What's the best course of action should I do? should I just mail AR-11 instead?

Choose I-751 and use the receipt number that you on the original NOA1, not the CR-89.

I received two letters from the 1st one saying my GC is extended and the 2nd is Biometric Schedule on the biometric it has Application Number and Application number 2. I tried using the 1st application number to check my status there's nothing showing, only the Application Number 2 that shows my case status so I opted on using the 2nd.
