hi V.J
I used to work 50 hours a week for the last 22 weeks , i still have 30 weeks left for this current year .

(12.80/hour)for the straight time rate . and 12.80 + (  6.40 per hour for the addl OT half time ) = 19.20 . my question is :

can i count the addl OT half time with the straight time rate or should i stake on the 40 hours/week when i figure out my current annual income ?

and what to take gross income before taxes and deductions or net income ?

For current income, if you are still at the same job as last year, use your gross income from last year as current income (Gross income shows on your tax transcript).
