Thanks very much.

Just one more follow up question regarding the medical examination and vaccination record.

I had all my shots done for my K1 Visa....only thing I didn’t have was my Flu shot. Which I’ve just had done recently at Walgreens.

Did I have to have my flu shot done by a medical professional so that they could sign it off?

Or can I just send the receipt I’ve got from my flu shot to accompany my other medical paperwork from my K1 Visa?

Many thanks

In regards to vaccinations not being done by a Civil Surgeon, check out the following link to another VJ forum about vaccinations not through a CS:

It appears that you do not have to have your vaccinations through a CS but I'm not sure about having the flu shot at Walgreens.  I don't know if just a receipt will be sufficient.

I think it will be up to the person reviewing your application and how they feel that day to look it up themselves or not.

that's what i would think too, thank you for replying :)

Hi everyone, My I-130 is approved, my I-485 along with my i130 was denied so I am re applying my I-485. What is Receipt Number of Underlying Petition? And Receipt Number of Principals Underlying Petition? Very much appreciated if someone could help me explain.
