@Georgia16Okay so does he go to the nearest police station for that or does he have to go somewhere specific like the embassy? and does this cost anything? Sorry I'm super new to all this and didn't know of half the things that was needed until reading this forum.

I don't know who it works in Haiti. Some have to do it online. In DK where I'm from I just went in to the police station and got it right away.
