I am going thru k1 via Chennai consulate. We have been on AP for 11 months. Is there anyone out there longer than this? I'd appreciate it if someone can share their story if they are going thru what we are . No further documents were requested.

Do you know what the three 221g's your fiancee received were requesting? My suggestion is to file an infopass appointment to see if you can get more information. I've heard of other people from other countries being on AP that long but never this long. Also contact your local Congressman's office to see if they can get more information. Good luck on everything.

Yes, there are other members on AP longer than 11 month.

Email the embassy once in a while and call DOS asking for case status update

1-2 times per month.

Sorry I meant to say I had not heard of others from India being on AP this long. ..I know there are others who have been on AP longer than 11 months. Thanks Omboa for pointing out my error.

I was on AP for 12 months & 1 day. Have posted dozens of posts on VJ thru those 366 days. Mumbai Consulate!!
