Hello, Im finally getting married in just a couple of days and we decided to go for my adjusment of status while Im on my wvp as I mentioned in previous threads. My fiance just started working recently, so she has never payed taxes before, and she doesnt make money enough to support me since she is a student and we are going to stay in her parents house for a couple of months atleast. We are wondering how to fill the affidavit of support.

I read she needs to fill the affidavit of support as main sponsor even if she hasnt payed taxes yet or just started working and attatch a letter to this document explaining the situation. Do we get each one of her parents to fill one affidavit each, or should her dad fill his own i-864 and her mom an i-864A ?

Thank you so much :)
