Welcome everyone who has joined a little later!

@Kareng5 - I believe that Texas has processed petitions from early March already.

Oh wonderful - looks like we'll be an awesome group together. Lets see who else will join us as we still have a few more days to go.

We received our letter with the PD date set at July 14th

My husband has the same date...have you received anything else other than the NOA1?

No, we didn't but I'll let you know of any feedback we are getting and share it with you all.

As for Texas, the USCIS office is closed until Sep 4th. I am assuming it is a combination of labour day weekend and the flooding.

So when I go to uscis.gov under USCIS Processing Time Information where do I look up the processing times? There is no service center in Lee's Summit? And under National Benefits Center there are no I-130.

It's MSC but I don't know how to look up the processing times on uscis.gov? Missouri isn't listed. Thanks.

I just realised you're doing AOS

So I did some research and apparently the MSC is the same as the National Benefits Center. And sadly they don't give the official processing time. More info here :

No matter wich processing center we have been allocated to, we are all on the right track. And it is Sep1 meaning we are in the second month after petitioning.

I read from other threats that a lot feel 'this is the hardest part of their life'... and I have been thinking about that. Lets all stay positive. Try to stay focused on your life "at home" as long as you can. Pretend it may take between 12-18 months, so that expectations are being managed. I am super excited myself about starting true married life with my husband BUT I also have a job that I love, a great family and wonderful friends around us. And I think it may actually help us to stay firmly connected to what made our life great before we met our spouses. The last thing I want for us is to check multiple times a day and struggling to enjoy what God has given and continues to give us every day.

Having said that, I wish you all a wonderful start into September!
