Hi there I filed i130 for my spouse and we received a notice of action on 8/7 and an appointment for biometrics in Salt Lake City on 8/11.

 

All in all we filed i130, i485, i131 and i765. We filed on 7/5 and received a rejection because we paid too much. We received the whole package back on 7/22. I wrote a new check and sent it back on 7/24.

I have a question about filing I130 concurrently with I485. We already have a appointment for the biometrics for I485. How and when does I130 get approved? Will it be at the same time as the I485 or can it be before or after I485 approval? How will I know it gets approved? Which one gets us the green card?
