I received my rfe in the mail today. They are requesting G-325a, I guess I forgot to include it in my papers. I wanted to ask if I should send in pictures of me and my husband because I haven’t yet sent any  to uscis but they didn’t request any. Or should I just send in what they requested?

Funny enough, I was mentioning how our status never updated online or via text or email. So this morning we received the notification that our case was send to the NVC

I don't think it hurts to send them in. Just to be on the safe side.

Please help me , I want a information about submitting foreign language documents.

Do I need to submit the original copy of English translation  or a photocopy of the original documents will be fine.

Please give advice if you sure about it.

They asked for photocopy of the foreign language documents, but didn't specific the copy/ photocopy of the English translation

I would send the photocopy of the foreign language document that they asked for and the English translation of this doc as well.

Hang in there, everyone! In the end of the days, we are all just days apart and we'll all hear back sooner or later. The differences is all just minimal.

Stay strong and keep faith. Use the time to prepare everything for the NVC stage and if, for instance, flu shots etc are needed, use the time now to get all your ducks in a row. Perhaps start researching job opportunities, have your transcripts translated and ready...

Wishing you all patience and good luck!

Finaly!!!! Maybe I called them 10 times and had an appointment with the local USCIS office. Try the appointment and call every 2-3 days! I'm sure yours is coming on the way. Good luck!!!!!
