Congrats

what is your filing date and month

@UkMza

Priority Date - 6 July - TSC

For the folks who are looking at the USCIS published timelines and worried about the difference between currently processing priority date for PR and USC, just hang in there!

As others have mentioned, the dates are of the oldest case they have under process. I used to be super stressed thinking of them still processing February filers for USC. Been away from my wife 11 months now and couldn't bear to think the NOA2 would take another 5 months!

So the only update i have received is that my case was transferred to my local office on 1/22/2018 since then i have not receive anything when i call immigration that is the only thing they can tell me even when asking for a tier 2 im so frustrated on why my case was transferred not just approved i don't get it all. they cant even tell me why. people have been saying its because my husband lives in the US but this is not accurate as there are hundred of cases like that and they simply got approved not transferred. i want to know why i was transferred does anyone have advice and now im hearing that i will probably need an interview to even the i-130 approved and it is going to take another 6 months for that.

I have a question... how is it that some receive a letter like we did but up to this day no email/text notification nor an updated internet status... and others get an updated internet status but no letter? Is it just random?

You expect anything from the government to make sense?
