well I did they said it has to be thru infopass appointment since its at a local office now

NO ITS JUST IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE INFO ON YOUR CASE TO MAKE APPOINTMENT ONLINE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO ACTUAL CALL CENTER OR INFO AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL OFFICES FROM WHAT IVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND OUT BASED ON CALLING 3 TIMES SINCE I RECEIVED THAT MESSAGE

oh man!! so from what i was told on another group is that this means that they have sent the application to our local office because my husband is already in the USA is doesn't go to the NVC we have to have an interview and they approve the i-130

no it means your case was transferred to another service center

for example Nebraska always slow because they have too many files so they trying to transferred some cases to another service centers.

SO MINE WAS IN NEBRASKA SO WHERE DID IT GET TRANSFERRED TO AND AND HEATHER MORALES WAS AT TEXAS WHERE DID HERS GO:huh:

MY HUSBAND IS IN THE US ALSO HE ENTERED WITH WORK VISA NOW EXPIRED BUT MY HUSBAND IS IN DETENTION AT THE MOMENT:( WHERE GOING THRU THE PROCESS THRU IMMIGRATION COURT

SO THEY HAVE JURISDICTION OVER CASE THE JUDGE ORDERED EXPEDITE ON I-130 IN THE END OF NOVEMBER

you will receive an mail saying where and why they transferred your case.

they don't change case number if they transferred the file. the case number will be the same no matter what.
