I think you will have NOA2 by the end of December o early January

That's what I'm thinking! I sent our I-130 packet on July 1st, received the NOA1 after the holidays. 07/07. I am guessing, hoping, and praying that we will hear something in late December or early January.

Best of wishes to everyone. Especially to the lady whose husband is living in Afghanistan. I couldn't even imagine your worries. God bless you inshallah.

Hi everybody,

I was wondering if anyone has heard back yet? Those of you that are being processed at Potomac should hear a little earlier. I have been trying to keep me really busy during the last few weeks and I would appreciate if you could let me know what the current status is. For Texas it says, April 22nd today but I was wondering if other VJ members that have filed after that day have already heard back?

Does anyone have time to update the list I originally started? I know we had a few additions since then and it would be lovely to add everyone.

I hope you are all doing well! Happy waiting.

My application went to Nebraska which since Sept 30 is now working on Jan 14, 2017 applications! Wth?

What i don't understand is how Texas is working on July 15, 2017 applications of permanent residence applying for spouse and are so backed up on US Citizens applying for spouse???

This whole thing is so frustrating. Why does it take so long?
