Please, everyone keep this thread updated. Whoever hears something back about their case, please post it here!!!

Best of luck to everyone. (L)

Hi everyone,

since I am also in this July boat, I decided to join the conversation - it's SO hard to wait!

We have an attorney, who filed our package :

filed 06/30/2017

Received & PD: 07/06/2017

NOA1 07/10/2017

YSC/Potomac

R&OC hello fellow German! :)

Hi there - good luck to you and everyone else! Potomac is apparently a lot faster and my guess is you will be going through this process faster, too but I am looking forward to sharing the experience with a fellow German spouse.

Hi everyone. Just wondering, is there anything we can be doing to be proactive while waiting on the NOA2?

Thanks

Nope just being  patient  and all the  question they ask you it's all about you and your spouse so it's easy stuff

In regards to expedite a petition, what does your lawyer recommend? I read online that it's rarely approved. I'm thinking on going that route with our petition since my husband is in a war country, but I haven't talked it over with the attorney...I don't think anything can be done before NOA 2.... I don't know... does anyone have info on this?
