NOA2 received but name of minor son does not appear in the notice. Pls Help!

Helo we finally received ourNOA2 but I am worried because name of my minor son dies not appear in the notice of approval. Once our k1 visa petition is approved dies it mean that a k2 visa will also be issued for my minor son? Pls I need your clarification / opinion.

hi there. i don't think the k2 name will appear in the NOA2. If i remember correctly, they said that when the case is ready, the K2 detail will appear on the ceac tracker.

 

you may want to message VJ user @Angel&Eric - they went through the same thing.

By the way, how does your interview went thru? is it ok? did u also bring your son in the interview? Does you received a positive comments i mean do u have assurance for the approval of the K1 & K2 Visa?
