Hi,

 

I completed my DS260 form and submitted. Got confirmation. Now what should I do?

Should I wait for a mail from them to schedule my interview. 

Interview location is Abu Dhabi. applied from United Arab Emirates.

 

I am kinda stuck here. Any help will be appreciated.

Passport 17-Feb-22 Drop-off at USPS (expedited processing and shipping) ~ 22-Feb-22 Status: In Process ~ 08-Mar-22 Passport book shipped ~ 09-Mar-22 Status: Approved. Passport book in hand.

N-400     28-Jun-21 Filed online ~ 28-Jun-21 Received NOA + "Biometrics will be re-used" notice ~ 14-Dec-21 Interview scheduled ~ 25-Jan-22 Interview. Approved. Case status: Oath will be scheduled.  ~ 01-Feb-22 Oath scheduled. ~ 14-Feb-22 Oath ceremony.

The britsimonsays website has a lot of info about the process, when you could expect an interview etc.

It's a DV. Now I'm just wondering when I will be called for the interview.

I see. I am not familiar with DV unfortunately. But for CR1 / IR1 visas in Abu Dhabi it seems that people wait months before they are called.

DV has totally different timelines to other immigrant visas.

yeah, sorry about that. i was following the UAE portal and that's how i found this. his profile did not say what kind of visa they were applying for hence my question. i will leave you guys alone now! =)

That's because there is no DV option for the profile... we are all just stuck with "other".
