any one knows the difference b/w 'ceremony scheduled' and 'ceremony will be scheduled"

I interviewed at ffax office 5/11/17 after like a year of wait, i am an IOE filer; the interview went well but the IO gave me a notice n652 with a decision can't be reached yet and told me that the background checks weren't complete. So after two months I got email from uscis today informing that your case has been placed in line for your oath ceremony, but the strange thing is that i got another email at exact same time saying that the case has been approved and has been submitted for quality review, now i don't know which one came first and which one came second. my uscis status shows "oath ceremony will be scheduled" don't know how much longer until this status changes to "oath ceremony has been scheduled" If anyone knows what exactly is the different and how long does this quality review take? Anyone with experience of washington dc FO??

I'm pretty sure both were done on the same day and that the quality review came first, because being placed in line for the oath ceremony is usually the indicator it's been approved and passed supervisory approval.

 

So, congrats!

 

Your status will change again to Oath Ceremony Scheduled approximately a few weeks before your Oath date, upon which a letter will be sent explaining the date, time, location, and what to bring.  The length of time between being placed in line and being scheduled will depend on how long that line is and how frequently your field office conducts ceremonies.

My status today changed to "oath letter mailed" almost there.

wonder when is the next ceremony here.
