AOS question (need clarification on documents)

OK, I'm here on a Fiancee Visa. Got here march 5th and got married March 17th. I'm a bit confused about the forms I need to file for AOS. I thought I had all of the ones I needed because I called USCIS and printed the ones they told me I'd need. However, as I looked in the downloads section here on VJ and came across the documents needed for AOS, it had Affidavit of support on there. Now the USCIS person i spoke with didn't tell me I needed to print that form. I thought I could use the one that we used when we applied for the fiance visa. Sooo, here is what I have now as far as documents go:

Now that is ALL they told me I needed. Please let me know if we do need to fill out a new Affidavit of Support or anything else. I had planned on mailing this out tomorrow but I dont know now.

Also, it says to send in I-94 arrival departure paper. Well, the IO detached that and stapled it into my passport so am I supposed to detach it???

Only a COPY of the I-94 (front and back) is required, don't send them the original.

You definitely need to have a new Affidavit of Support (form I-824 or I-824EZ if applicable).

Ok, thanks ofr that. Also a new biographics sheet? And what is the difference between the I-824 andI-824EZ?

As posted, you will need a new affidavit of support, the I-864 or the I-864EZ. Both of these are described and instructions for both are in the guides section.

If you desire to travel home before your green card is approved you will need to fill out and submit the Advanced Parole application, also found in the guides section complete with instructions. I believe that one is the I-131.

As for the I-94, you don't need to detach it....merely make a copy of it for your application. May I make a suggestion here? I would make at least a couple copies of the COMPLETE package before you submit it. Best of luck as you start this part of the trip!
