I-129f Questions filling out the forms

Hi everyone,

I recently was engaged to my fiance and now we're starting the process of getting him here to the US to be with me. He's Romanian and currently lives in the UK. I'm working on getting all of the forms and paperwork filled out so that I can get the i-129f sent off and I just have a few questions because I want to make sure I fill things out correctly.

1. Fiance letter of intent - Service center address: What do I put for the USCIS Service Center address on the letter of intent if I haven't even sent the paperwork off yet so I haven't been assigned to a service center? I live in Texas so I'm guessing my case will be assigned to the Texas service center but I don't like to assume.

2. Unknown information: If some information on the form is unknown what should we put? For example, my fiance's mother is deceased, and his father is a bit fat question mark. He left when my fiance was very young and has pretty much had nothing to do with him for most of his life. The only thing my fiance knows about him is that he lives in Warsaw, Poland, but no address, date of birth, contact information, etc. Do we leave that blank?

3. Address History: My fiance has lived in the UK for 2 years and before that he spent 5 months working a temporary job in Greece, and before that he'd spent most of his life in Romania. Since he spent such a short time in Greece do I need to include that in his address history? He does not remember where he stayed in Greece since it was accommodations through his then employer, but he was able to provide me with his address in Romania.

Thank you in advance for your help!

For father Put unknown - don't leave it blank. If you leave it blank they might think there is a father figure and you missed it. if you put unknown I'm sure they will understand.

In regards to deceased I'm really not sure.. I would still fill in their name and country of birth but maybe write deceased beside it.

Yes, you should not leave anything out  - since they ask for the last 5 years. Get him to look into it. I know that the beneficiary also needs to get criminal record checks for each country they have lived in for the last few years so I would definitely make sure to include it.

Hello! thank you very much for your prompt response! I know about the lockbox address but I didn't know if that applied to the letter of intent. I thought that is just where you mail in the packet.

Thank you for the links. I've done a lot of research but of course I'm at the very beginning of my journey and 95% of it is still unknown to me. I will be sure to check out the links to make sure I'm up to speed.

No worries! I completely understand I had to read every single day to learn all this too. Everything you are sending at this point will be sent together. (you will need more than one letter of intent. One for each person (Beneficiary1 and Sponsor1-with original signatures the also have to be dated within 30 days of your application)  (make sure that your proof of meeting is not only itineraries/photos but actual passport copies/receipts/boarding passes etc.     Let me know if you have any other questions :) this site is super useful!

Thank you for your excellent responses! I'll be sure to get my fiance to find out as closely as possible the address where he was staying in Greece. He was working for a hotel there so the accommodations may have been at the hotel itself, I'm not sure how that works but I'll check with him.

I have one more question and that is on the matter of providing evidence. Can my fiance take pictures of his plane tickets, bus tickets and receipts and email them to me so I can print them out, or does he have to make photo copies and send them to me in the mail? I already need him to send me his letter of intent and passport style photo, so if he needs to also mail me photo copies of his tickets and receipts, he can just send them to me all together.
