Do the visa fees needs to be repaid?

Hello all, I need some guidance  on what comes after a i601 approval. It's been two years since the i130 interview. Do I need to repay the aos fee or the ds260 fee? Did anyone need to repay it? Please let me know if possible...

I once asked this question and somebody told me that the person does not have to pay for the second interview . I am about to start on a waiver for my fiancé and I also wanted to know for sure if he would have to pay for the second interview .

If its an onfoing case & a 2nd  I 601 waiver is filed, the waiver MUST be paid for again

but not for the follow-up interview at the consular office
