I didn't have a post that was removed... But could you please explain what the language filter is? I'm assuming it is somthing that deletes swear words or something but not sure. Please advise

Yes the language blocks out bad language. Some will miss spell words or add symbols so they can get the word our.

You need to call the 800 USCIS number and speak to a representative, they will give you the requirements and ask you to select which one you fall in, if any. If you qualify they will make a ticket for you, which will be assigned to an officer, that officer will send you an email within 5 days to tell you if you are approved, denied or need to send supporting documents. Usually, supporting documents is required and they will provide a unique fax number to send them to (you must include the email as the coversheet). Then you wait.....

What is the criteria?

You can find the criteria on this page: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

It sounds exciting but as you can see it takes some time and it seems pretty rare to get it accepted. Anyway, if you decided to try, there is a tone of information on this forum :-)

Basically if either of you are on your deathbed or the beneficiary is tied up about to be beheaded for beliefs or ethnicity you qualify. Otherwise don't waste your time even trying and hoping

I definitely understand the frustration. It's difficult to get so many different responses and be given the run around. It should be a streamlined process and fair to everyone. But thats not the way it works..... USCIS needs to be a bit more efficient. Maybe the recent rate increases can allow for some changes. Wishful

thinking

Yes, that's insane. My fiancé's parents got the letter today. Did you contact them to ask why they said they never received anything? If not, you should send proofs of everything you sent!
