For the ones who requested an expedited process

Nope didn't hear anything. On USCIS it says they opened a ticket and listed the number. 5 days later on 6/28 it says we responded to your request to expedite. I sent in the evidence and no updates since. I called and they said it can be up to 30 days

We called them on Friday, talked to two different persons to be told we needed to fax the documents again. What a joke

Ok so who posted with the email address for the California Service Center....... Thank you. I emailed them on 7/18, attaching the fax documentation I sent in on 7/5 because I had not received a response. Well.... Today I got an email. Hopefully, I get some good news soon.

Glad I could help! I hope you will hear something good soon!! We are going to fax the documents today again and then probably sent an e-mail as well. Fingers crossed for everybody!

Yep hopefully soon. I mean its been a month since the expedite request went in.....6/25. I downloaded the App, and no change hopefully after the email response from them yesterday I may see a change. I keeping my fingers crossed for everyone else as well. This process is starting to wear me down. 😪

I've called them at least twice now, and no one can verify if they received my stuff or not. How did they know you need to re-fax it? Can you please be more specific in what they told you? I've heard nothing and I sent everything 3 weeks ago and no one will confirm for me if it's been received or not.

Yep same thing for me when I called nobody could verify if it was received or not... Only response I got was when I emailed them and attached the documentation I had previously faxed.

I don't understand how it can be approved so fast for some people and then take months for others...

My fiancé talked to a manager and he just said that we needed to re-fax the documents as the last notification they had was the letter they sent in July. Letter date was July 1st but it was sent on the 18th. It was sitting on a desk for 17 days, great hun?

heres the update from our case..

faxed the documents last july 3 monday.. today july 27 we just received this email.. hoping to receive the notification soon..

first my Fiance called the USCIS Millitary Hotline to request an expedite.. then after 3 days he received an email that he needs to fax some documents to support the expedite request.. that was sent July 3.. and we just received the email July 27.. so were just waiting for the notification now.. 😊
