That sucks they can't give you more information! Check your emails and mail as much as you can, to make sure you're not missing anything! Fingers crossed!!

Did you call them yet ? What happened to us is that they sent us a letter and we never received it so you might want to call them to make sure you didn't miss any mail!

If you still haven't hear anything back, you should try to send an e-mail to follow up. Where was your case sent to? I have the e-mail address for the Californian Service Center if that could help: CSC-NCSC-FollowUp@uscis.dhs.gov

Wow, I just sent an email and I attached a copy of the response I faxed in July 5. Hopefully soon. It is sooooo frustrating at this point.

Got an automated response to the email, they have 21 days to reapond to an email.

I'm in the same boat. I sent an expedite request, heard back 5 days requesting more info, faxed it the next day, but this Thursday will be 2 weeks since I faxed it, and I've heard nothing. I called last week and spoke to a tier 2 who told me no decision had been made and to call back a week later, which I will do tomorrow. So frustrating

Yep, we are all dealing with the same exact thing. Faxed mine on July 5, so it has been two weeks. I think after the respond to your expedite requesting additional information it stops the "time clock", so they just get around to it whenever the want.

Nope, but apparently that thing hasn't been working since May. How come, did it change for you?

Have you heard anything? I called yesterday and still no update. Not really sure what that means...
