Have anyone ever gotten RFE after AOS case transfered to CSC?

Mar-28-06 : NOA1

Jun-16-06 : Transfered from NSC to CSC

Aug-7-06 : Received/Sent back RFE

Aug-18-06 : Approved ..Yeahhhhhhh Finally

Aug-25-06 : Received NOA2 in mail

Sep-8-06 : BNK Case assign & left NVC

Oct-16-06 : Interviewed

Dec-21-06 : Entered the USA

Jan-05-07 : Married

AOS

Mar-07-07 : AOS sent to Chicago

Mar-14-07 : NOA 1-797C

Mar-23-07 : Received ASC Appointment letter ,on Apr-4 at 10.00 am

Apr-04-07 : Bio done

Apr-09-07 : Touch , case transfered to CSC

May-18-07: Case is pending at CSC

May-21-07: Touch

EAD

Nov-09-07 : Sent to Chicago

Nov-13-07 : NOA1

Dec-18-07 : Bio @St Paul on Dec-18 at 10.39 am

Dec-18-07 : EAD card order.. Yay!!!

Dec-27-07 : Received EAD card in mail & Apply for SSN number

Yup. A CSC transfer does not mean that everything is perfect with your case. You can still get an RFE or be sent back to another service centre for interview. It isn't the be all and end all that everyone thinks.

Oh yeah we did. Our case was transfered to Ca in Feb-07 and we got a RFE om 12 Mar 07. It seems that my wife needed a new updated medical form to include shot record. Done and on the way back to Ca.

no for us, and we flew through the AOS process, no extra money was spent on another medical and no civil surgeon either. DS-3025 in eglish from his medical aboard was enough..

02/14/2007 - fees came through the bank, it's rolling!!

02/20/2007 - letter for Biometrics appointment on 03/01/2007

03/01/2007 - Biometrics appointment was painless

03/10/2007 - NOA1 AOS was transferred to CSC!!!!

03/28/2007 - touched AOS

03/29/2007 - touched AOS

04/06/2007 - welcoming letter (by email)

04/11/2007 - AOS approval (by email)

04/12/2007 - 2yr. green card in hand...omg!!

06/29/2007 - bought our new house

it'####### or miss i think; we got transferred in october of last year and got an rfe in february for a second medical exam... but some people fly through without a hitch... hope you're one of them

Ya,Im just afraid that I have to go get new updated medical stuff becuz I did not get those shot and x-ray when I did K1 visa,I was in pregnancy at that time.

So hope no RFEs for me.....
