I had posted before but I've been reading these forums a lot and am worried.

I will be sponsoring my second husband for a green card. We've been married close to 4 years and have a 3 year old daughter. My first marriage was in 2009. I married young sponsored my husband and he received a conditional card 6/2010. We applied for joint removal of conditions 5/2012 and informally separated 7/2012. Neither he nor I informed USCIS of the informal separation and he was approved without an interview 11/2012. I filed divorce pro se in 2/2013 and it was completed in a month.   I didn't know I had to inform them of the separation. Did I make a huge mistake and could this affect my second sponsorship?

Well he obtained his GC on the basis of a good faith marriage so they might start digging.

Unless he is now a USC you are still on the hook for the I 864.

Shouldn't effect your second petition. However, as mentioned, you are still on the hook  for your first husband even if you have divorced. There is a section where it ask if you if you have sponsored others that you will have to fill out.
