Here's the info specifically for AIT: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Taiwan&cty=Taipei

There's an e-mail address on that page which you can use to contact them and inquire about Packet 3. Better to take the initiative to contact them than to sit around waiting, which will delay your process.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

That's very common between the embassy and NVC. They'll push you around. My embassy was useless when I called but they responded accordingly when I e-mailed to ask about Packet 3.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to advise you further since this is an embassy specific question :( So sorry I couldn't be of more help.
