Hi Guys,

 

I need some advice relating to the change of name (spelled differently) for a friend who did that some time ago.  His file is with the US Immigration (family based) and some time ago he changed his name for which he has appropriate documentation.  However, since he is married I am assuming the married name of the wife and their child's middle name and last name also needs to be the same, correct?

I believe they will need to have an affidavit for all 3 and change in their passports as well, correct?

 

I need some direction so I can explain him what he needs to do so that they are prepared when their time comes for the interview.
