We received mail for this case. We are experiencing a high volume of incoming mail at this time. Based on that, it means they are asking you to wait for them to finish reviewing your case and they will contact you about anything related to it.

January 25, 2021 - ROC application received

January 22, 2022 - Case transferred

January 16, 2022 - Naturalization application received

April 7, 2023 - ROC and Naturalization Interview

April 20, 2023 - Oath Ceremony scheduled

When did you send the documents? It takes 9-11 weeks from when they receive your documents to review them.

N400 filed - online: 10/30/2020

NOA: 11/02/2020

Bio reuse: 12/30/2020

USCIS changed to "Interview Scheduled": 06/07/2021

Interview Date: 07/14/2021 Approved!

USCIS changed to "Oath Ceremony will be scheduled": 07/15/2021

what they're telling you is that they haven't completed your case yet. It's going to take 9-11 weeks from when you sent them the documents.

Its mean they start reviewing on case

What was your scan date? NVC takes 11 weeks to review cases. When it gets close to the 11 weeks you can call and ask if your case has been picked up for review yet.

They send me email on 6 july that they  recieve mail for your case....we are going to review documents and if we are able to schedule your interview then we will inform you

Filling in your VJ time line would help others answer your questions.  As has been asked several times, when is your scan date at NVC?

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
