Did someone say Tax Returns?? You know those documents like every other President in modern times has released when they have run for President? Even Hillary released hers and Bill released his during his time in office. The righties can moan about the Clinton's all they want and some of it is legitimate, but Trump is the least transparent president we've had in a long time. Seems like you watch Fox a lot more than I do.  I thought they were fake news, and CNN was the approved MDL news outlet?

 

Btw, can anyone in the MDL say what Trump Jr. did was wrong, or illegal?

Then there was no proof it was Russia.  Then it was well collusion is not necessarily a crime angle.  Then there was the part about no links to the Trumps and Russia.  And now we are are working on a bulwark of not enough evidence to convict in a court.

Yes they do but no where to this extent, we've got on the record, on TV, virtually everyone on the Trump team stating the SAME lie over and over again. Remember Trump has a history and a record of lying, he recorded the most lies of any presidential candidate in modern times. Liar in Chief!

Seriously... There is no law requiring such a demand. If You had his money.... I would not release your tax returns. Fact is that topic has no business on this FORUM.

I was just quoting what a prominent DNC senator said.  Sure he spun it in a way to say possible treason which is just political rhetoric, but he did bring it up making me question his knowledge of our constitution, and even more happy he and his running mate didn't get elected.

No I like to watch across the board because I like to get differing perspectives on issues. There is some good reporting over on Faux News during the afternoon but once early/late evening hits it goes all wacky. It's like I'm watching two different channels some days.

 

What Trump Jr did as far as the law is concerned was not illegal but politically it's a massive problem.

Ahhh the pesky main stream media, the boogie man, out to get Trump and his administration. Donnie has brought all of this on himself, he behaves like a dictator trying to crush the media and the first amendment. Riles up his base to distrust them to the point where anything Trump says is always true.

I agree some Democrats went overboard, but the fact the NYT had this already, its damning to see Trump Jr had no other choice but to release this himself. It's serious stuff. If the democrats had the house and senate I'm sure calls for impeachment would be more rife but since they don't it is the special council under Mueller that will ultimately determine Trump's fate. Republicans don't have enough political will yet to start impeachment proceedings.

What law has he proposed to limit the media?  If he does propose such a law, I will be the first in line to call it unconstitutional.  He is just following the Obama playbook in dealing with media the Potus doesn't like.  The difference being is that there are a lot more leftist outlets in the MSM than those on the right.
